Plagiarism Policy
Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the IEEE will take action against any author who engages in either practice. Follow these links to learn more:
IEEE Policy on Double Submission
All accepted papers and presented during the conference will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., by not including it in IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
A Plagiarism FAQ
- Authors are insisted to submit their original work without plagiarism.
- If plagiarism is found , authors will be responsible for any consequences.
- Authors are responsible for rejection of manuscript based on plagiarism report.
Copyright Form
- Transferring copyright is a necessary requirement for publication, except for material in the public domain or which is reprinted with permission from a previously published, copyrighted publication.
IEEE Cross Check
- The ICOIET 2024 uses IEEE Cross Check plagiarism detection software to screen the submissions. If plagiarism is found, the IEEE guidelines on plagiarism will be followed.
